House Rules

• Check out time is 10am.

• Absolutely no glass in or near the pool. If glass breaks by the pool we must drain the pool in order to clean it. This cost will be charged to the guest.

• No hot pots or pans on the kitchen counter or dining table. There are two trivets next to the stove and two on the dining table that are to be used for hot pots and pans.

• No noise past 11pm.

• Only registered guests are allowed at the villa. Registered head count must not be exceeded.

• Damage to the property will not be tolerated and the client will be charged for the cost to clean, repair, or replace.

• Parking on the property can accommodate two cars. Additional cars need to be parked in the street that is about a 15 second walk from the house.

• There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
